I recently bought IDJ2, i keep hearing static from my speakers when i plug it in. I have to set the volume on the mixer at a quarter in just so i don't hear the white noice; but the music sounds extremely low. However when i plug a dif mixer with the same RCA Connectors - works just fine. Pointing out, i can't raise the volume on the IDJ2 mixer because i get static at over a quarter turn of the master volume. thanks for the help

I hav the idj2 and i was expericing the same problems, i am a dj sponsored by numark and they said it's just a little dusty. got to walmart, or your local pc store and pick up an air duster can.unscrew screws located on the bottom of the unit and make shure not to disconnect any wires, then jus blow out all the dust in the inside of the unit, but make shure the air duster dosen't drip on any of the electrical system, make shure you get the usb ports and the ipod dock to then put it back toghter and it should work fine, a temporarry soution i found before i found that is when the static is on turn it of unplugg it and shake it upside down that also helps for the time
