I RECENTLY had to perform a system recovery on my computer that contained norton 360 v 3.0 on it. When the recovery was finished, a whole host of problems emerged. One of them being with norton 360. The icon was there but the program would not start up. I still have aproximately 260 days of subscription left on it and would like to get it working. Do i need to call the service department? I have attempted to re install it. I have the product key baut it asks for the service product number as well where is that located. I also have no sound after the recovery how do I solve this problem is it a driver issue? IT IS AN HP A706N PAVILION DESKTOP COMPUTER

To re-install your sound card driver, click start - right click on MyComputer - click properties - click Hardware tab - click Device Manager - right click on your sound device (may have a yellow exclamation point) - and then click on Update Driver. Follow the prompts from there. Of course, you have to have the sound card drivers.
