I recently installed a new Badger 5 garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I has worked great, but a few days ago it started making a horrible sound when it is turned on. I sounds like there is a spoon or something in there, but it is completely clean and there is nothing there. Any ideas on what this could be? Maybe a blade loose or something?

Likelyhood of loose blade is very low, but not impossible.
Get a good light and a small mirror, something is jammed inside, I bet. Often a piece of somthing gets lodged in a dischaged port and the blade hits it evey rotation.
