I recently moved & didn't use my Z1 for several months. When I did go to use it, is when the problem started. It will power-up for a second or two & power back down. I love the camera it's been great over the years. Can you help? Thanks

The battery must have run down over prolonged storage. It mayhave been stored while still on causing battery shortage. First attempt to power charge for full extent to ascertain if the camera is is in functioning order. Any unobservable faults thereafter equates to usually functionality. goodluck
