I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 560S with Windows 7. Our present computer has Windows 2000. I bought a Belkin Easy Transfer Cable and note on the packaging it states for Vista and XP. Will it work for 2000? Or do I have to return it to Dell?

Unfortunately, Windows Easy Transfer is not supported on Windows 2000. So I would suggest you to return this cable back and use the manual method of transfer of data from one computer to another. Thanks. Abhishek
