Report "I recently purchased a WD Elements external hard drive 1.5TB..USB 2.0. I followed instructions on the instruction sheet enclosed with the packaging to install and the drive turned on and seemed operational. I did not set up the drive on the computer I tested it with (a older Dell machine). I then moved the drive to another desktop Dell computer, plugged it in according to the directions and....no power showing to the unit. The little white light on front of unit not operating. Drive not spinninng. Tried a different power source and still no results.. Any thoughts out there? Haven't jostled the unit or dropped it or in any way compromised the physical integrity of the unit"
