I recently uninstalled Printmaster Silver 12 (temporarily needed all the hard drive space I could get), and now I am trying to reinstall. The install process gets to the registration phase, gives the message that the program is already registered, and then freezes. When I try to run the program, I get the error message that PMUSERS.dat is in use. Can you help me? Thanks KT

Most programs like this leave behind "junk" files or folders with some information in them.
Try uninstalling it again, then go to the C:\ drive and look for any folders that it might have left behind.
Then go to Start do a search for PMUSERS.dat and delete it.
