I recently upgraded my print head from a 200 dpi print head to a 300 head. After doing so i have noticed a problem with the 2D datamartix barcode after printing. It is slightly rectangular in shape. Zebra no longer supports the printer so I'm not sure what the problem is. It may have to be calibrated but not sure. Any recommandations?

Make sure that you change to a 300dpi printer driver. The "dot" size on the 300 is slightly smaller than the 203 so if you are still sending data from a 203dpi driver, the print images will be slightly smaller because of the difference in the dot sizes. That may be affecting your datamatrix code.
