I reinstalled Windows XP SP2 on celeron PC but unable boot up after copying all installation files getting stuck on the main screen showing XP screen with the scrolling status bar and just froze

Hello, Kindly reformat again your pc. this time delete the partition after that create partition then reformat. this is the best solution. if is not work try other Operating system. thanks
