I replace the fuel pump assembly on a 2005 ford taurus when i turn the key on i don't hear the pump run what could be the cause?
I backprobe the number 2 wire at the fuel shutoff switch i didn't hear the pump run what all i need to check to fix the problem? is there a way i can run power from the battry to the fuel pump to see will it run? i check for codes it show P1233.

will C 1051 be written on the fuse box or will it be written on the relay? i am having problem finding it, inside the fuse box cover i just only see numbers
The fuel pump module might be faulty or its been disconnected. Check all your wire connections from the pump. Also check the fuel pump relay
