Report "I replaced all parts including gasket, seat ring, flapper, pump on my jacuzzi perfecta toilet, still hisses with subtle water leak, i made sure pump cl line is 1in above fill tube. Ive adjusted it at every level and still hisses. Did i buy a bad pump or what? For now i got to shut off valve when not in use because its subtly running constantly....please help!
