Report "I replaced my batteries and circuit board in a braun 7526 shaver- fairly simple process. But now only the blue light lights up. The green "charging light" will stay lighted for about 40 seconds -then shuts off and won't charge. Any ideas?!? It will not work simply plugged in - it has to have a charge in the battery or it wont operate"
