I replaced the 4 capcitors on the panel which were blown same one's as were posted before and the TV would not work, it just kept on clicking with the flashing red light. I then bought a new IP board from the partstore and installed it. thinking I "burnt" the circut board with a lousy sodering job, as it was my 1st time doing this. It is still not working, any other suggestions befor I buy a new TV ? Thanks,
