I replaced the batteries with new ones in my Mother's MPV 5 Hoveround after she failed to keep the batteries charged up. I still get no response from the machine. Is there a reset button I am missing?

Hi. Check the wiring on the batteries, red to red, black to black.
Did the machine operate before you put the new batteries in it?
Also check the battery lead connectors.
Check the motor led connectors.
Is the hand controll unit connected.
I once got called out to repair a scooter that wouldn't go. The customer had a chinchilla that had chewed all the wires under the machine.
