I replaced the generator on my Cozy direct vent wall heater, pilot stays lit, no burner, can hear the gas valve click when raising or lowering the thermostat setting. Any suggestions?

You may have a tripped limit switch or if there is a lot of spider webs around the burner you may have a plugged main burner orfice and of course be sure the gas valve is turned to on
It sounds like the main gas valve has a problem letting the gas thru. Try having your local gas company look at it if complimentary check and lighting. The valve may need replacing.
You may have a defective ignitor
