I replaced the headlight switch on my 89 geo metro with one off of my 93 geo metro and now have no turn signals or headlights the wire colors don't match and it's confusing

This is because the switch is different from the 93.You need to get one from the same year if you want it to work.You should be able to get one from most part stores.Hope this helps.Good luck.
