With gas and deep fries I would only use the services of an accredited gas fitter to fix the problems
That way the job is covered by warranty, the insurance on the place remains intact and there is less chance of an explosion
probably work out cheaper in the long run as well as I would not be wasting money on the items that do not need replacing
