I already charged on my credit card $9.99.
My problem is this: Ever since I updated to the new version 6.02.39 i have a problem when I open my computer. I have Norton and Norton says that Windows Firewall is off putting my computer in danger of viruses, etc. I called Norton and found out that I need to shut down Spysweeper and then reload it. Spysweeper loads shields. Then Norton gives me a clear message.
I think that in Windows Firewall I need to enter some kind of exception and I do not know how to do that.

You might want to try uninstalling one of the programs. Either the Norton or the Spysweeper. Both products seem to be trying to do the same thing and conflicting with each other. Good Luck!
