I RESET THE TABLET...I HELD POWER BUTTONM ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.. MADE SURE I HAD POWER (BATTERY AND POWER CORD PLUGGED IN) STILL NOTHING BUT THE WORD ANDROID APPEARS AND IS LIGHTED FROM LEFT TO RI
NOTHING MORE THAT I KNOW I CAN DO....ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS?

If you are trying to do a factory reset then you need to press the volume up button and then the power button until you get the page that allows factory reset comes up!
