I set up my new ingenico in a new location, since i can't make my Credit card processing working. the ingenico is not responding to my transaction, i think we should re program the ingenico for this location?? michel

Hi Michael. Each geographical location needs to have its own Merchant ID number. If your processing is not working you may want to take advantage of a couple of processors offering free terminals with the printer built in. You are probably going to have to get a new MID # and you might as well check your rates, costs, fees and get free equipment. This has come about btw because of the changes in the PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance requirements.
