Report "I started making a movie using total media extreme showbiz and have been working on it for some time. When prompted to update the software i did so, however i was then unable to open my project. Other files still open fine, only one file seems to be affected. Arcsoft support advised me to uninstall the programme and reinstall my original one, then to ignore any updates in future, but this has not helped. When i try to open the file an error message pops up stating that the programme has stopped working. Can i rescue my project??"
