I tap Penbo on the head, but nothing happens. What can I do to fix this, and how do I get Penbo to work? Also, the batteries are brand-new so Penbo should work
The instructions say tap penbo on the head to do certain things, but I tap penbo on the head, and nothing happens. The batteries are brand-new.
