I think my problem is with my remote - I dropped it and nothing seems to work right. Where can I get a new one Is there another way to operate the unit if the remote goes down

What buttons do you have on the indoor unit just an on/off button . have you tried taking battery out then putting them back in. you can get a universal tv remote which also does air cons
