Report "I tried to download an app from the app store, but it seems to be stuck and not downloading (for at least an hour now). Each time I tap on the App Store Icon on my phone, the app I wanted to download pops up and says "DOWNLOAD NOW" with an OK button to hit. However, the screen seems to just get frozen here so now I can't o anything in the app store. Help!"
