I tried to install Jetpack Heroes on Didj using Mac with OSX (I think it's OSX) and the Leapfrog Connect software says I need an update. However, right after the update starts, it says the Didj has disconnected even though it's still connected. then, on the computer's download progress bar, it blinks between "connected" and "disconnected" for the Didj status. I tried downloading the Connect software specifically for Mac instead of just using the CD ROM but am having the same issue. Help please!
I am just wondering if you have snow leopard installed they been having a terrible time with these types of units and mac OS 10.6 I would check that and see. This update sounds like you have snow leopard installed and this game in fact works only on 10.4-105 OSX.

I would try reinstalling it then, If that does not work out for you the device might not be responding to the computer anymore is my best guess on that.
