Report "I trying to change the touch flush assembly in a old Eljer 2 piece toilet. I am having trouble removing the "U" bracket bolted to the bottom of the porcelan tank. The bolt goes through the "U" bracket and the bowl. I removed the wing nut from the bottom but the bolt does not pop up to allow removal of the existing bracket. Is the bolt held by an additional nut between the tank and the bowl?"
