Report "I turn on the tv and it comes on but the sound comes in very slowly. sometimes it goes completely out. it makes a rumbling sound and slowly comes init seemed to be a cap charging up slowly, but i found all of the caps that did not esr correctly but it still seems to be a problem with the sound coming in"
