I turned myk turntable upside down to try to get a serial number. Now I have 2 black rubber band looking things hanging out of the turntable. Turntable will not work. How do I get the bands back where they belong?

Hi
These bands only run when straight & level from drive pulley to driven pulley
So fit the largest band around the larger driven pulley of the turntable spindle & it will go to the drive pulley at the same height
Similar for the other

The drive pulley for each belt are the smaller pulleys attached to the motor the turntable itself has the driven pulleys
The belts can only run level so which goes where should now be obvious
