I updated by iPhone and now I cannot get my Kindle library to download - it downloads onto my Kindle reader and my iPad ok - have I two Kindle accounts or passwords?
I can download new books onto my iPhone, but cannot sync across my three devices - Kindle and the iPad sync, not the iPhone

If you're able to sync to your Kindle AND iPad, it sounds like there's an issue with your iPhone and the Kindle Reader app. Try deleting the Kindle Reader app, power cycle your iPhone, then power on, re-download the Kindle Reader app and try your download again.
