I use this with XP Pro and its worked ok until today. Now I get a message (when I try to manipulate images) stating "Trouble accessing memory" Condition #1000-MSEL-1192 I uninstalled the progamme and re-installed it, but the same problem occurs. Perhaps as Windows updates regularly it has caused this to happen. Help please!

Given the computer is running Windows XP you might be experiencing hardware problems, or have something on the computer consuming all the computer's RAM.
You may also want to look to close all other programs before opening the software and uninstall any unwanted programs/add-ons to see if this helps.
A quick hardware trick, such as Reseating the memory modules and cleaning out the area with a air-duster might help.
