Report "I used my pc and turned off normally next day when I turn the power on the sign in screen I could not type anything the keyboard is not recognizing at all. I tried different USB port turn the system off using the power button and on still not recognizing. How do I fix the issue? if i use installation driver cd is it possible to work? please advise"
