To disable boxbe.com from monitoring your Yahoo Mail account, kindly login to your www.boxbe.com account and click on this link.

Then click "edit" next to your Yahoo address. Then, click "disable this email address."

Also, if you wish to close your boxbe account, you can do so by clicking this link: https://www.boxbe.com/account-info. Then on the page which opens, click on "Close My Account" link.
