The reason why it won't let you get Netflix is because of google. I've had this problem before and found out the answer. On the left, top corner there is a tools box. In the tools box you need to scroll down. find google settings, and click allow downloads of unknown sources. Just saying, this is dangerous. It is gonna let you download harmful websites.
