I want to mount 18 Inch Chryser 300 Wheels on a base 2.7 Magnum
I own a 2006 base model Ddoge Magnum with the 2.7 liter engine. It has stock 17 inch steel wheels with wheel covers. I would like to remove the 17" wheels and tires and mount 18" stock wheels and tires that came off of a 2005 Chrysler 300. While the lug pattern is the same, they do not fit in the front because the tire from the 300 hits the Magnum suspension. Is there a different spindle or hub that is on the 300 that I could put on the Magnum?? I note that the rotor hub on the Magnum appears flat, while the rotor hub on the 300 is pushed out farther from the caliper etc. Does anyone know what has to be done in order to mount the 18" aluminum wheels from the Chryslert 300 onto the Magnum?
