You have to scan the barcode "Add CR Suffix" at page 5 of this pdf: http://deltamed.pl/j/images/stories/download/3800QS.pdf

Go to Start -->Settings --> Control Panel --> Teklogix Scanners --> under the barcodes tab, look for the barcode type you are using, i.e, Code 39, 128 etc. -->Expand that column by tapping the "+" sign --> expand field characters --> double tap on suffix --> when the window pops up press the enter key. Then hit okay to get out of the teklogix scanners.
You will need to do this with each barcode type.
