I wanted to clean the inside of the kaz vaporizer and i took the screws out but cant get the gray plastic off help it looks like there is a lot of dried minerals inside help please

I want to clean the white gritty minerals from the fly wheel inside the humidifier. I took the three screws out but the plastic wheel will not move. I'm afraid to force it...might crack or break.
did you find the solution how to disassemble the 4100? please let me know how to do it, I have the same problem.. write me with instructions.. please.

Ditto. I took the screws out, but the wheel won't come off. Are there instructions to disassembling the casing to clean the fly wheel and innards?
