Report "I was chargeing the jet 3 over nite, next day it would not move ,the lites on the controller batt are flashing, it was doing fine untill we had a electric strom, the nite i charge it. I unlock the wheels and lock them back nothing, i tryed the push breaker on the front still nothing? I turn it on and all the lites for batt blinking but the horn works"
