The manufacturer of the Bicycle frame is not always going to be the manufacturer of the Electric Bike Components on it.
Try to troubleshoot your electric motor system first. The batteries will need to be replaced if they have sat unused for more than 2 months. Once your batteries are good, your bike should run after a charge.
If your electric motor still doesn't work, you should start trouble shooting the unit, by checking for popped fuses, burnt wires, or loose wires, and check the throttle, controller, and wiring with a volt meter to ensure proper voltage.
This should help you with the electric motor part of your bike.
If you need assistance with the frame or chassis, you can take that to a bicycle store for repair if you don't know how. :)
