Report "I was given a ZIPP Smart Digital Image Copier with Arcsoft Mediaimpression software (for PC). This tells me to plug in the device, look for the blue light to indicate the device is on and working, slide in the photo carrier device then make the following selections on screen: 'Get photo' and the 'Acquire'. There is no 'Get Photo' icon anywhere so I click on 'Acquire' . . . . and a little message pops up saying 'NO DEVICE CONNECTED' yet there it sits with blue light glowing. The seller (Big-W) says it doesn't have a clue what to do, what it all means and cant advies me where to go for help. Wonderful customer relations!!!! Can you help me. . . . please!!!!"
