I take it from about 2000 rpm all the way up to around 5-6000 rpm to test the low to the high and i have a constant surging coming on. The higher i go in rpm, the worse it gets. i can feel it if I'm off the throttle, on it, or at a constant speed. When I'm sitting and just throttling in a parked spot it looks like my rpm gauge is fluxing a little. any ideas? carb is clean and spark plug looks solid. good color in it. open to any ideas.
