I was riding to work when my clocks started flashing, next minuted the Rev counter died and when I switched the bike off that was it, it won't start. There is power and everyting works except that the bike wont start. Its a 2007 250GTR

There isn't enough power to start the bike, everything you described is what happens when a motor uses all the power the battery has available and drains it. the battery will recover a small amount of power after sitting for a bit but it won't be enough to start the bike. change the battery and check the fuses.
