I was told I took too long to enter my bank details so told I have to wait 24 hours to try again
Was putting in my details for my account and told I was taking too long so needed to try in 24 hours even when I was using paypal

It maybe part of the creditcard company security system.
What you could try is to do is clear your browser history, turn off your company and than back on. Log back in.
And is still unable to enter bank detail. you could contact roku
