Report "I was trying to upgrade the firmware this morning using laptop (connected to the router through wire), but before it completed upgrading the router froze. Now I can not reset it nor could reinstall using CD that came with it. While trying to reintall using CD I get the message that "connection to the router could not be found" and ask me to check the connections. All the connections are good and I can see blinking amber color light for the switch besides lights for internet connection and lan port connection"
