I went through the 20 min. break-in procedure, and afterwards closed the drain valve. But although I let it run for awhile, the pressure didn't build up, or did so incredibly slow

That model has 2 drains, i believe, make sure they are both closed and the pressure regualtor is turned up to around 80 lbs
