I went to take a snapshot with my Veo Stingray and there was no picture to take. The light comes on and I made sure it was hooked up right. It was working fine at least a month or so ago when I took a snapshot of my grandson and myself. I did a repair with the disc and still nothing
Hm, it sounds like it may have physical problems.... what is the version of Windows you are using on this system? Are you just using the built in windows software to view yourself? And does it have any picture at all when you go into the device?
Strange, it definitely sounds like something may be physically wrong with the device. Try just going into Start then My Computer and look for the camera right there, is it listed? If so can you double click on it? It should start the Windows built-in viewer... does it seem to work in there?
Let me know and I can definitely help more.
