I will start the Project IGI game problem found below now :- No D3D drivers with hardware acceleration found. so that this message is come out on screen. and can not start this game

1. click on run in start menu.
2. type dxdiag and click run
3. enable d3d acceleration

I have mode problem
when i run as admin after that message is display that mode is not initalise
