I work from home, have a company laptop and use the envision monitor for a second screen. It has an 'out of range' message in the middle of the screen. This happened a long time ago and somehow I was able to make it go away. It popped up again a few weeks ago, can't figure out how to get rid of the message in the middle of my screen. I can open my applications, but the blue box with 'out of range' is always there. Help!
It is telling you taht the laptop video resolution feeding it is too high for it to display, you need to set it to the native resolution of this ENVISION monitor.
