IBM T20-How can I find out if the screen or the backlight
How can I find out if it's the screen or the backlight that's the problem with my T20 IBM suddenly not displaying? Is there an easy way to test either (or the inverter)? The screen just shut off and won't display anything now

Connect an external monitor and check...if display siganl is being sent to the monitor...
to check if ur inverter board or backlite is out u need to open the screen and check that out...
