IC A23 Portable VHF radio Locked
I recieved the radio and it's locked on one frequency. How I can unlock? Do I need a software and programming cable? Where do I connect programming cable?

Turn on Power (press & hold green "PWR" button for 3 seconds).
Press the "F" button (lower right on keypad).
Press the "7" button.
Your radio is unlocked.
