IC w32a has been apart about 3 times to re solder the power plug ,this time I put it back together and the the 2m band wont transmit but for a second then off.Nearby radio will pick up the brief transmission.Scaning up I found it starts to transmit solid at 375.000. 440 seems to work fine

After taking it apart again I found a pin on the lower board socket that got bent over on reassembly........
